What is the flooring material in the bath? Also the wall finish in the kitchen?

The flooring is by “Keope” the line is called Pietra di Noto:

The wall finish is veneer plaster. It is a thin coat of plaster on top of sheet rock.

The house looks gorgeous! Ready to be published! I love the yellow accent in the kitchen, and the porch & fireplace look so cozy for a night like tonight. When can we come over and roast by the fire?
